The drug has a sedative, anti-anxiety (anxiolytic) effect, without causing unwanted hypnogenic and muscle relaxant effects. Improves the tolerance of psycho-emotional stress. It has stress-protective, nootropic, antiamnesic, antihypoxic, neuroprotective, antiasthenic, antidepressant effects.
In conditions of intoxication, hypoxia, in conditions after an acute disturbance of cerebral circulation, it has a neuroprotective effect, limits the area of ??damage, normalizes the processes of learning and memory in the central nervous system (CNS).
Inhibits the processes of lipid peroxidation.
Modifies the functional activity of the S-100 protein, which links synaptic (informational) and metabolic processes in the brain. Providing GABA-mimetic and neurotrophic effects, it increases the activity of stress-limiting systems, helps to restore the processes of neuronal plasticity.

Indications

Neurotic and neurosis-like states, psychosomatic diseases; stress disorders with increased nervous tension, irritability, anxiety and autonomic reactions.
Moderately pronounced organic lesions of the central nervous system, including traumatic and dyscirculatory origin, accompanied by instability of the emotional background, irritability, memory loss, autonomic disorders.

Application methods

Inside.
At one time – 1 or 2 tablets (keep in the mouth until completely dissolved – not during meals).
Take 2 times a day; if necessary – up to 4 doses per day.
The course of treatment is 1-3 months; if necessary, the course of treatment can be extended up to 6 months or repeated after 1-2 months.
If there is no persistent improvement in the condition within 3-4 weeks after the start of treatment, you should consult a doctor.

Composition

Active ingredients:
Affinity purified antibodies to brain-specific protein S-100 – 0.003 g.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate (lactose) 0.267 g, microcrystalline cellulose 0.03 g, magnesium stearate 0.003 g.
