Dosage form

Capsules No. 2 (body and lid) are reddish-brown in color, the contents of the capsules are powder or pressed mass of brown color, interspersed with a darker and lighter color.

Instructions

Inside, swallowing capsules with a small amount of water, regardless of food intake.
For insomnia, adults and children over 12 years old should take 1-2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.
To increase the duration of the course of treatment, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
When treatment is stopped, there is no withdrawal syndrome.
You should not take the drug continuously for more than 1.5-2 months. The course of treatment is 2-4 weeks.

The composition of the contents of the capsule:
active ingredients: valerian medicinal rhizomes with roots dry extract ((4-7): 1) (corresponds to the native extract) – 125.00 mg (87.50 mg); lemon balm leaves dry extract ((3-6): 1) (corresponds to the native extract) – 25.00 mg (17.50 mg); peppermint leaves dry extract ((3-6): 1) (corresponds to the native extract) -25.00 mg (17.50 mg);
auxiliary ingredients: magnesium oxide – 6.00, lactose monohydrate – 85.50 mg, talc – 8.10 mg, silicon dioxide colloidal – 3.20 mg, magnesium stearate – 2.20 mg;
The composition of the shell of the capsule shell: titanium dioxide E171 – 0.366 mg, iron oxide red E172 0.311 mg, iron oxide yellow E172 – 0.092 mg, water – 5.307 mg, gelatin – minimum 30.524 mg (up to 100%);
The composition of the capsule shell cover: titanium dioxide E171 – 0.244 mg, iron oxide red E172 0.207 mg, iron oxide yellow E172 – 0.061 mg, water – 3.538 mg, gelatin – minimum 20.350 mg (up to 100%).

Special conditions

In patients with GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), symptoms may worsen.
If during the use of the drug the symptoms of insomnia persist or worsen, you should consult your doctor.
The drug should not be used continuously for more than 1.5-2 months.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles, mechanisms
During the period of drug treatment, care should be taken when performing potentially hazardous activities that require an increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving, working with moving mechanisms, the work of a dispatcher and an operator).

Drug interactions

The drug enhances the effect of hypnotics and other drugs that depress the central nervous system (CNS), antihypertensive drugs (in particular, central action), painkillers, which requires dose adjustment.

Pharmacodynamics

The drug has a calming and antispasmodic effect. The extract of rhizomes with valerian roots has a calming effect. Lemon balm leaf extract – sedative and antispasmodic, peppermint leaf extract antispasmodic and moderate sedative effect.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
• lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
• arterial hypotension;
• cholangitis, cholelithiasis and other diseases of the biliary tract;
•pregnancy;
• period of breastfeeding;
• children under 12 years of age.
With caution: patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
